Larch

Larches are deciduous conifers in the genus Larix, of the family Pinaceae (subfamily Laricoideae). Growing from 20 to 45 metres mostly in Europe, Asia and North America. In Europe, the most common larch species are Larix decidua and Larix siberica.

The biodiversity in this forest is rich, and numerous actions have been implemented to preserve it.
