Your trees have stories to tell: Here are 5 ways to follow them
Discover all the ways to keep you connected to the forests and nature projects you own a part of, from field updates to individual forest pages and social media.

When you invest in a tree or a biodiversity project with EcoTree, you become part of something living and evolving. Seasons change, forests grow, biodiversity blooms. And we want to make sure none of it passes you by.
Here is a complete guide to all the ways you can stay connected to the projects you own a part of:
1. News from our projects page
The most straightforward place to start is our dedicated News from the field page.
Whenever our foresters, biodiversity experts or teams visit a site, whether for a client visit, an ecological inventory or simply to check on how things are progressing, we document it. Photos, observations, a summary of where the project stands. It all goes here.
Think of it as a living logbook for all of our projects, updated regularly and open to everyone.
2. Individual forest pages
If you want to go deeper on a specific forest, head straight to its own page.
Each forest has a dedicated space on the forest page where you will find the latest updates alongside information about the species present, the ecological context and more. So if you own trees in the Priziac forest or the Nysum forest, that is your first stop. The same goes for every other forest in our portfolio.
It is a useful bookmark to keep if you like following the progress of a particular place over time.
3. Quarterly field updates and monthly newsletter
We offer two email channels to keep you in the loop, and they work slightly differently.
Quarterly field updates are sent directly to project owners. If you have trees or a biodiversity project in a given forest and we have news to share from that area, you will receive an update. There is nothing to set up on your end beyond having said yes to receiving project communications, because these updates are tied to what you own.
Our monthly newsletter is a separate subscription covering broader news: stories from the field, insights on nature-based solutions, what is happening at EcoTree and more. You can sign up directly to our newsletter or via your account settings.
If you are not already subscribed to the newsletter, it is well worth it.
4. The annual report
Once a year, we take stock.
Our entire team contributes to a comprehensive Annual Report that covers every project in our portfolio. You will find a summary of each forest, reflections on the year behind us and a look ahead at what is coming. It is the most complete picture we produce of EcoTree's work and the health of the natural assets we manage together.
You can read the latest edition on our Annual Report page.
5. Social media
For something a little less formal, follow us on Instagram.
We share field photos, species spotlights, behind-the-scenes moments from our teams in Copenhagen, Brest, Paris and Berlin, and the kind of small, beautiful details that do not always make it into a report. We are also active on TikTok and YouTube if you would like to see more video content from the forests.
It is the quickest way to feel close to the trees, even when you are a long way from them.
All in one place, whenever you need it
Whether you want a quick update or a deep dive into the annual figures, there is always a way to stay connected to your investment in nature. And if you ever have questions about a specific project, our team is always happy to help.
Remember that our forests are, with very few exceptions, open to the public. This means that you can visit them and check up on your trees yourself. Check the opening period on the individual forest pages and reach out to us if you need additional assistance finding your forests and their opening periods.
