 Accessibility statement
=========================

In accordance with Article 16 of French Law No. 2023-171 of 9 March 2023 and the Consumer Code provisions on the accessibility of e-commerce services (including D. 412-57), EcoTree publishes this accessibility statement for its e-commerce service offered at <https://ecotree.green>.

Service description
-------------------

The service covered is the EcoTree website, which allows consumers to purchase forestry-related products and services (trees, subscriptions, gifts and related offers) remotely, electronically and on individual request, with a view to concluding a consumer contract.

Reference standard
------------------

This statement refers to the French RGAA framework (Référentiel général d'amélioration de l'accessibilité), aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA and the European standard EN 301 549, applicable to digital services covered by the European Accessibility Act.

Conformity status
-----------------

**Partially compliant.** The service is partially compliant with RGAA / WCAG 2.1 AA. Known non-conformities are listed below. A third-party RGAA conformity audit is planned to refine the conformity rate and update this statement.

Known non-conformities
----------------------

As of the last update of this statement, the following gaps are known in particular:

- some quantity controls in the shop (increment / decrement buttons and related labels) may lack a sufficient accessible name;
- checkout flows (cart, payment) and the account area have not yet been assessed for accessibility at the same depth as the main pages;
- some downloadable PDF documents may not be fully accessible;
- compatibility with the full range of assistive technologies (screen readers, advanced keyboard navigation) has not been exhaustively validated across all pages and locales.

This list is based on automated analysis (axe-core) and product findings; it is not in itself a full RGAA audit.Exemptions
----------

No exemption for disproportionate burden is claimed at this stage. Identified gaps are treated as non-conformities and included in the action plan.

Multi-year scheme
-----------------

Over approximately three years, EcoTree intends to:

1. commission an RGAA / EN 301 549 audit on a representative sample (home, shop, purchase journey, account);
2. fix critical and blocking non-conformities for users as a priority;
3. expand automated checks and manual reviews;
4. update this statement, the action plan and, where applicable, the conformity level each year.

Annual action plan
------------------

For the next twelve months, priority actions are:

- fix accessible-name issues on shop quantity controls;
- extend automated accessibility checks to critical purchase-journey pages;
- review accessibility of the cart, payment and account areas;
- commission an RGAA audit with a specialised provider;
- handle reports received via the dedicated address and prioritise fixes.

Report an accessibility issue
-----------------------------

If you encounter difficulty accessing content or a service, you can write to the dedicated address <accessibilite@ecotree.green>. We aim to acknowledge receipt and respond as soon as possible, targeting ten business days.

Last update
-----------

This statement was established on 18 July 2026. It will be updated after the planned RGAA audit and at least once a year, or after a major redesign of the service.
