The Cleden Poher forest is located in the municipality of the same name, in Finistère. This commune was once called "Cetguen Potcher", from the Breton saint "Cleden" and the name of the Poucaer region, then Poher (i. e. Carhaix region).
In line with the forest station of the massif, you will find Douglas fir, epiceas and other accompanying species - in order to restore all their forest-y missions and welcome biodiversity to these plots. The village of Cleden Poher is home to a remarkable parish-like enclosure. The canal from Nantes to Brest passes not far from there.
