Nouic forest

Our Nouic forest was established on a former meadow and grazing land in Limousin, France. Six plots make up this young forest that benefits from a decent amount of rainfall, which this area around Massif Centrale, one of the major mountain ranges in France.
The tree species are diverse, including Sessile Oak, Maritime Pine, Sycamore Maple, Chestnut, and Wild Cherry.

We will be planting at the end of autumn of 2023 and replanting again by the end of the winter season in the spring of 2024. Our foresters will replenish if and where it is necessary, protect the young trees and do their best to ensure that this young forest is a beautiful uneven-aged forest.
