The Small-leaved linden (Tilia cordata) is a tree of the Malvaceae family, native to Europe, it can measure from 20 to 30 m with a continuous and rather slow growth (10 m in 20 years). These leaves are alternate heart-shaped, 3-8 cm long, finely serrated.
This species makes the forest stronger and more resilient, which improves the health of the entire plot by promoting biodiversity. Its expected profitability is linked to the logging of the stand where it grows.
