Cherrywood

The Cherry tree of the Rosaceae family, native to the Caspian Sea, is the only tree in its family to spread naturally in forests. This tree produces sweet cherries, known as guignes, cherries or sour cherries, which can be consumed as jams or brandies.

- Foliage: green, serrated leaves, oval, hanging, with two glands at the base of the blade.
- Trunk: straight and long
- Bark: rough, detaching by horizontal strips, shiny
- Color: reddish brown
